DecoFlow did not begin as a theoretical software concept. It began inside a working garment decoration business where portal orders, outsourced decoration, incoming garments, internal production and packing all needed to work together more reliably.
Each part of the platform has developed in response to a genuine day-to-day requirement. The current focus is not building the largest possible feature list. It is building practical tools that reduce friction and improve operational control.
